We hope you are happy with our systems and we truly welcome your feedback on how to make them better! If you receive your system and are disappointed for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will assist you! We want you to be happy! With that said, it’s hard to take back used products. To be eligible for a refund, returned items need to be in new, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. The product cannot have been used.
We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces.
